1) As part of a transformation project of its HRIS, we have steered our client’s project taking into account its international dimension. One of the keys to the success of this project has been to adapt our communication to different time zones.

2) Our client wishing to change his salary increase process, we accompanied him in the definition of his wishes. One of the difficulties was to help our client take into account their population operating with heterogeneous management rules.

Examples of missions:
1) As part of a project to redesign HRIS tools, we have implemented the “Employee Central” module at the heart of the client solution. The main problem we had to deal with was taking into account the different specificities of satellite tools.

2) Our customer had a specific need to manage the time validation of his mobile employees on different sites around the world. We have implemented this specific solution in its HRIS to enable it to manage this functionality from a single platform.

Exemple of mission

In order to maintain and develop the SuccessFactors platform of an agri-food company, we have provided our client with simplified communication tools; these tools make it possible to follow our work and submit their requests. Regular updates allowed us to be responsive and keep a productive system in good working order. 

Improving HR technology and managemenT

We offer users and administrators training from the start of your tool and, on request, to each functional evolution.

These training sessions are created and delivered for each module of the solution with a different depth depending on the trained users

Exemple de mission
1) Following the implementation of the HRIS of our client, we provided training for administrators to enable them to take charge of the tool. This training gave them the necessary knowledge to administer their system. 

2)  Our client entrusted us with the training of its senior executives as well as its HR population to the use of SuccessFactors. This training allows them to manage the different processes in the tool.
